This document provides an overview of the youth participating in High Fidelity Wraparound services in Virginia in the fiscal year of 2019. It contains the demographics, the baseline overview of involvement in juvenile justice, service utilization and housing status of youth. It also shows the baseline and six month reassessment improvements including overall health, functioning in everyday life, stable living situation, school regularly, social connectedness, and no serious psychological distress. This snapshot provides points to consider and next steps as well.
